Junior Support Specialist – Software – 3 months Fribourg, Switzerland

For one of its clients, a software editor in the video area, Newtek Consulting is looking for a junior Support Specialist.

Based in Fribourg, Switzerland, you’ll dive into the multicultural dynamic universe of an international high tech start-up culture and will enjoy a handful of responsibilities with great autonomy on a daily basis. In charge of supporting customers in their experience of the company’s major software, you’ll be the key person in the company toward the customers.

Your responsibilities :

  • You’ll be in charge of receiving and solving customers’ questions and contacts in three languages (English, French and German).
  • When the needed answer requires an enquiry, you’ll coordinate internally with technical and sales / marketing management.
  • You’ll be in charge of building up a knowledge database to ease following similar questions.
  • You’ll analyze and monthly report on received and treated contacts (quality and quantity).

Your profile :

Designed for a 3 months term, this project could be renewed or turn into an unlimited contract directly with the client or through Newtek Consulting depending on your own preferences.
With ideally a previous experience of multilingual support, you’re not reluctant to technology environments. Quick learner, you have good written and oral communication skills in both German and English languages. You have a good knowledge of French and are able to communicate in French too. Swiss or EU25/AELE citizenship or valid Swiss work permit mandatory.
